 So how effective is the new PandaTruPrevent 2.0?

I know it sounds great on paper but how does it compare to real life?
How much resources does it use?
Can it be used on a slower system (sub 1 Ghz and Sub 256 Ram)?
Is it noticable when it comes to resources?
Is it as effective as NOD32 Advanced Hypeistics?
Is it as effective as ProcessGuard ?
