Yes, my service is out on both lines. Cannot register and voicemail does not pick up.

No dial tone. No ring tone on incoming. No simultaneous ring.

Dead in Vermont too.

I pick up the phone and instead of a dial tone, it rings as if I dialed the number already!

Of course, on the "Broadvoice Account Portal" it says:
"Service Notes: There are no service announcements at this time."

I actually emailed them last time this happened and pledged to volunteer time
to update their webpage when an outage occurs.

Something like:

YOUR PHONE IS DEAD, WE WILL HOPEFULLY HAVE IT FIXED SOON.

How long would that take to do!?

Actually, it just rang, I picked up and an incredibly loud sound honked out of the earpiece continuously; my cue to unplug the SPA3k and let it reset.

I did, went back to the phone and...

Broadvoice heaven again.

Now back to your regularly scheduled postings...

Back up now. Down for about 5 minutes total.

Back up here too. Took a reboot of the adapter to get dial tone back.

I spoke too soon -- back to fast busy here on outgoing, no incoming, but it does appear to be registering.

Down in Philadelphia. No dial tone or when you get one, no calls go out when dialed. Incoming callers hear nothing when dialing Broadvoice tel number (dead air).

Mine is down again.

»sipsource.com/uptime/ is showing problems on BroadVoice, AT&T, and VoicePulse.

I'm not sure how to interpret sipsource at times. My VoicePulse line is up and running right now.

Cannot even log in to the Broadvoice Account Portal,
their website is down too!

Must be that local number provisioning they are (still) working on.

Currently up. But login to the web site gets me this response: "Empty response from Broadsoft."

SipSource's display is a bit confusing. But it appears to show problems with Vonage now too.

When I got home this afternoon, the service was up. Now I just noticed the light is out on my TA, and when I dial to my BV phone number it's just dead air for a while then a fast busy. So they're having problems today.

BV portal is broken as well

Broadvoice still down at 738AM EDT.... tech support goes to AAT... then I do option 1 and get fast busy... OH MY GOODNESS!
