Honestly I think Insight is doing this to help improve their network stability overall. I dont think its because of traffic actually going through the web site or ftp server usage. Worms can open ports on your pc and cause traffic issues on the network. I didnt receive a letter, but I am glad they are doing this. If it helps keep me safer from getting infected and helps improve overall speed stability, I all for it.
