| Re: not quite I just clicked on it using Firefox with no problems. I don't have the latest updates for FF though so I have no idea if that's the reason. I think I found just one site so far that doesn't render properly on Firefox and it's probably because they are using FrontPage extensions or something like that (it's not a commercial site). | |

| Hi, like FF alot, but had one problem with it. Wanted to download 2 MP3 shows with FF. Where you would normally right click "save target as", I could only download the name of the file or the url.
So, had dust off my old IE, did the same thing and was able to download the entire file. This happened on another site with success using IE, but was unable to download using FF. Am probably missing info w/r and need to learn more. Anyway, I put the IE back in its box and haven't had a problem yet.
Have a good day. | |

| Re: not quite said by toddbs98 :You update IE.Firefox doesn't update you have to uninstall and reinstall a new version of Firefox. Big Difference. Either way you look at it, IE (windows update) patches are still bigger to download then the 11MB download of FF..... | |

| FF auto-update to v1.03 worked fine for me. No Un-install required.
Heard others report the update option worked, thought I'd give it a try.
Backed up my profile to be safe, hit the software update button in options and bing ! ....all extensions, settings & tweaks are intact.
