Pay per GB.

Well, the internet used to be pay per usage. IF you had used the internet in the 90's you'd know that you used to have a certain number of minutes (because everything was dial up) that you could connect to your ISP. If you went over that, you got hit with charges that are synonomous with cell phone overages.
