Comcast ran one of the SBC ads this morning here in dallas on FOX 4 around 7:30am. Don't know what the fuss is about...

Probably wasn't comcast running the ad, probably was a local station ad only (especially since it was on a network/non-cable channel).

Ad spots are divided between cable provider and the content provider (station/network). If the slot belongs to content provider SBC can have its ad inserted into that spot. This is the same way Satellite TV gets its ads on your TV.
