From what i understand insight put a new router in and one of the ports were bad, as well as they had a fiber cut near noblesville the shut the 2way off for a stint.

Bedford, IN		 Since this outage I have to reboot my cable modem several times a day due to loss of connectivity. Would something Insight could have done caused this?
