 Look at the other speed tiers that HKBN offers:
Symmetric 100 Mbps for US$34/month and symmetric 10 Mbps for US$16/month.

US Telcos and Cable companies are scum of the earth that lie in a comfy bed with the FCC and other government agencies/politicians/etc.
I wish I was a lobbyist for a big interest group.
