No, this is complete BS. This will have absolutely NOTHING to do with it or prevent any sale.
Adelphia operates under Chapter 11, TimeWarner doesn't. Adelphia isn't buying another company for ~16.5 billion dollars, TimeWarner will be.
Adelphia won't be increasing their revenue with this sale, Timewarner will be.
