How does a major corp. not pay its bill's thats scary, but if you forget too pay them ontime there turning your stuff off.

That's nothing. How they manage to leaf through our million page tax code to avoid paying their fair share of taxes is a hoot.

they simply do not pay them. here where i live we have major banks like National City, US Bank, and 53 that do not pay property taxes. They're in the news paper every year when they remind people to pay their taxes that have not. and 53 just built a new bank as well here.
