Aliant HIgh Speed Ultra

could someone tell me what type of uplaod speed they get using peer-2-peer programs such as bittorrent with aliant hsu as thier isp. currently im with eastlink but my p2p upload speed is limited to 15kb/s

whats this?
i need to know the upload speed while using a bittorrent or other peer2peer program........
i dont have aliant, but i am thinking of changing if the p2p upload speed is better
