Is this only for when you log into a web site for the service?.....other than "only AOL users doing such a thing in the first place" I don't get it....or did I just answer my own question? I guess I just don't understand people who use AOL in the first place.....then again I don't understand why people would buy a DELL either, but that's another topic.

For example, when someone calls in, or when you dial a number, it'll ask if you want to add the person to your address book, flag for callback, things like that. It's a very nice concept, one that I'd like to see replicated in other VOIP providers, but the proliferation of ads is dooming this AOL service from the start.
