| It would never hold up in any court. It has about as much chance as writing "Account paid in full" on a partial credit card payment. Just because it's there doesn't mean it holds any water.

Savannah, GA | Yeah but as has been noted elsewhere there have been examples of people actually successfully suing companies that failed to abide by their User EULAs... It was just a cool thought.
