1 edit | [FireFox] Blank screen
Just installed the 1.03 Version after I uninstalled the previous version and all I get is a blank screen. Forcastfox and all other extensions won't load. Navigation buttons don't work either. Anybody have a clue about what might have caused this> Uninstalled it and reinstalled the previous version and it now does the same thing. -- Vertically-Challenged Arkansas. Try this: Run FireFfox in the Safe Mode
"Start -> Run" (on Windows) and typing:
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode
If that doesn't work make a new Profile:
Backup your existing profile - Your profile directory is typically found here:
"Start -> Run" (on Windows) and typing:
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\ In order to create a new profile, you use the Profile Manager. To start the Profile Manager in Windows, follow these steps:
1. Close Firefox completely (select File > Exit from the main menu of Firefox). 2. Select Start > Run... from the Windows Start menu. 3. Enter firefox.exe -profilemanager and press
