| IT 101 I just think that it should be noted that the solution to comcasts problems is to add an outside dns server (like 4.2.2.1) to their DHCP scopes and renew the leases so folks don't have to change it manually own. This is an IT 101 workaround. It's their inability to have a workaround in place that shows that they are staffed with a very unprofessonal and poorly trained people. My guess is that they have cable techs working on this problem and not networking professionals, and that is unsatisfactory.
