this normal?

I have 5 e-mail accounts. Comcast sent out an e-mail stating that I have been upgraded speed wise. First I have been upgraded for a month or so now. 2nd the e-mail was sent to 4 out of 5 addresses and the only one that didn't get it was my primary.
