I don't think anybody would have to worry about getting an address... I'm sure if you have a valid Credit Card, they will welcome you!!
The city wants to make money, if you are in the city wi-fi limit, then you are part of the city, even if it's just for a day. |

| What does this mean to the large number of people who commute into Philly each day to work, from neighboring regions and states.
We've got to pay the crummy city wage tax to work here but I keep seeing "resident" referrenced in the Q&A and related articles.
Will non-resident visitors get to sign up or will you need a zip-code specific billing address?
Hopefully they're just saying resident service as a way to distinguish between the consumer and premium business products.
