Verizon forces me to keep phone line with DSL....so why pay for VoIP if i have their forced landline

| Why because we have meter rate lifeline which come out to 2.53 plus 40.45 for DSL and then 15.00 for VoicePulse. So say the grand total is 58.00 to make it even. We now get all the major calling features at www.voicepulse.com, unlimited regional, and 200 long distance. Please raise you hand if you would get all that from a 60.00 Verizon POTS?
