| Re: moving to insight territory In general, it's up to the apartment complex. But, if you reall want it, they'll probably let you have it hooked up (unless they want to force you to pay for their service).
On a side note, if you want to do anything with a web/email server, or apparently anything with bittorrent, you're better off going for the DSL in terms of internet service. And then, if you can get Speakeasy.net residential service from where you'll be living, it's a pretty great service. |
