The way I see it is if they're having to spend time and money to fend off class action suits, it's less profit for the owners and less money for development of more of their crap. I'd be happy to see more people throwing money at this because more money thrown at suing them means less money for them and if the people filing the suits want to spend their money to do it, more power to them. As a bonus, it's more bad publicity for the companies being sued. -- When people are free to do as they please, they usually imitate each other.

bent not broken Premium join:2004-10-04 Loveland, CO clubs:	I agree 100%. Legal battles are very expensive to fight, just being involved in one can kill a company regardless of who wins. Hopefully this sets some sort of precedent, and we'll see more of the same.
