About Tme

May be a few more class action suits would make some of the other crapware vendors think twice about their more dubious installation methods ... but probably not .... :/

Ok,

So they get they get a judgement against this company... so what; big deal... then what?

They continue doing what they do? What happens if they just move their operations "Off Shore" where the long arm of the U.S. law has little or no effect?

Does anyone beleive this is going to change anything?

I'm not holding my breath on this... on the surface, it seems like a perfetly good waste of time and $$$$$ to me.... but that's my observation...

Time's going to tell on what happens here... bet they move the operatons off shore.....

No harm, no fowel... just something to be "PLUCKED" over...

I agree, I think instead of being civil about this we should send a team of navy seals to their office, arrest everyone there and haul them to the famous prison in cuba. Lock them up with the captured Iraq prisoners and let them rot.

The way I see it is if they're having to spend time and money to fend off class action suits, it's less profit for the owners and less money for development of more of their crap. I'd be happy to see more people throwing money at this because more money thrown at suing them means less money for them and if the people filing the suits want to spend their money to do it, more power to them.

As a bonus, it's more bad publicity for the companies being sued.

Nah, they'd probably just counter-sue for ruining their products reputation by daring to suggest that somebody doesn't like it.

Arrest? To much money just execute them on the spot.

Hammer + a rusty nail. Preferbly a claw hammer so the nail can be dug out and reused.

Hammer and nail? Too many hits.

Let's help them to get overseas. We can using them as padding between the huge cargo containers that are loaded on ships.

(Sorry, watched CSI New York episode the other day)

I agree 100%. Legal battles are very expensive to fight, just being involved in one can kill a company regardless of who wins. Hopefully this sets some sort of precedent, and we'll see more of the same.

I wish someone would bug the creator of Direct Revenue as much as they bug me at work. Quote unquote....what a complete pain in the ass and they're just STEALING my information. If you get an error report, do NOT send...that's how they're getting it folks!!!!!

Annoying bloodsucking leeches.
