Ya right, thats as likely as getting the same customer service rep when you call in. That call can go to any 3rd world or 2nd world tech support center.

San Diego, CA		  2nd world defines communist countries, with regard to the order. I don't think there are any communist countries providing tech support for US communication companies; don't quote me on that.
