 What is EIRP density?

I'm from india .The wireless regulation for 802.11a limits the MAx EIRP in indoor to 200mw and talks about
EIRP density of 10 mw.

What is Mean EIRP DENSITY?

Regulation:

Maximum mean Effective Isotropic Radiated Power of 200 mW and a maximum mean Effective Isotropic Radiated Power density of 10 mW/ MHz in any 1 MHz bandwidth

Thanks,

I'm guessing that means 10mW per 1MHz. So you take a typical radio that uses 20MHz per channel and you can broadcast 200mW (which is the overall power limit).

So if you used a new Proxim Ruggedized set at 5Mhz channels you could only output 50mW from it on that setting.
