I also have the M$ anti-spyware beta around here somewhere, but haven't installed it yet...
That said, I rarely get spyware in the first place, as I use Firefox and not IE and generally avoid the types of software (P2P apps, etc.) that carry it (and when I *do* torrents and so on I use open-source stuff)...
