1 edit | Most of K-Mart's original undoing was due to management issues (not dissimilar to Enron or Adelphia) rather than the result of competitive pressure from Walmart. K-Mart II will continue to be profitable as long are there are buyers for the real estate obtained from the Sears acquisition. |
