Definitely do some research in the VOIP forum linked above. Reading the forum FAQ there is definitely something new users should do. If your an inexperienced computer user. VOIP might not be an option that will make you happy. You can save a good amount of money though. And with the right provider you should have a quality experience. To answer a few of the IM questions. VOIP.net is a reseller of services from my provider. That means they resell the services of Broadvox Direct. If you buy directly from Broadvox Direct at this time. You would have to pay $29.95. Buying through the reseller VOIP.net you pay $19.95. I have no experience with that company. Headjacked join:2004-08-31 Anderson, IN	I haven't had any issues with my Vonage,had it 2 months now.I would say my quality has improved over the last week or so.
