just to let everyone know, the problem with telmex customers is that their outbound audio to the people they call or the people that call them is extremely choppy, no matter which port the RTP packets are being sent across. the rtp packets appear to be deprioritized by Telmex, not outright blocked. telmex customers (as of now, at least) are still able to make and recieve calls, the quality is just awful. it was fine up until a few weeks ago, at least according to customer statements. |
