It's the lawyer's client that is orchestrating all of this, and to whom the scorn should be directed.

Yes, but that is also a problem. Most lawyers have computers. You would think that the lawyers have had there own personal problems with spyware.

Also if you notice the pic in the pdf. That computer also looks like it has spyware installed too. Just notice the icons in the toolbar! I can see some kind of date/time manager installed.
