If Insight has a bandwidth limit, it must be extremely high; because, there have been several months that I've surpassed 150 GB on Usenet.

| This isn't entirely true. Users have been shut off by Insight for "over use" in the past. Granted this number has been very few.

Now most of the time Insight isn't to heavy handed. They have in fact made some changes that effect usage though.
