Security-Related: 127.0.0.1?

Is it normal for \bin\javaw.exe to access localhost/127.0.0.1 when running local Java applications like its Java in Windows XP's control panel?

'Java(TM) 2 Platform Standard Edition binary' from your computer wants to connect to localhost [127.0.0.1], port 1074

Should I let Kerio Personal Firewall v2.1.5 allow access?

Thank you in advance.

I think you are supposed to have a rule in kerio 2.15 that allows all apps to loop back on either tcp or udp to any port except proxy ports. Check in the Kerio support forum on this board.

Hmm, doesn't this firewall rule happen with all softwares beside Kerio's?

Is anyone else getting this?
