Cable bill says PBS (WSEC, not WILL) will be on HD channel 773 starting Apr 1. Our WSEC signal on analog channel 8 is not so good, so I hope 773 will look better. |

| Sweet. I'm not sure I've received my bill online yet. We have an online bill paying service we use. This is one channel I was hoping would go HD soon. Now if I just had the money for a better tv. |

| I saw Fox HD on my set earlier today. It was the same number it had always been. Unless Insight has been moving things around today since then. The new PBS HD is kind of pointless since it's not an actual HD feed of the station content. If you pay attention to the programming. You'll notice many ( and I mean many ) programs are just stuff you already have access to on Discovery HD theatre. It actually seems that PBS HD plays the Discovery HD stuff the next after it shows on Discovery. I'll have to keep a closer eye over the next few nights to see if that is the pattern. It seemed that way a few days ago when I looked. New channels are always welcome though. I was just hoping for an HD feed of regular PBS shows. Actually I'd prefer a WILL HD feed. Yes I'm aware some shows are duplicated on our two choice of PBS. But WILL shows some stuff I prefer. That WSEC doesn't. It seems as if WILL killed Dr. Who again or is at least giving it a rest. -- Test Your Security Cable DiagnosticsIggyz Blog ZoneAlarm Help |
