sooner or later these jobs are going to go overseas whether or not the city puts in fiber or not.
I'm a little ignorant on this aspect of the cellular industry. I know its common for credit card companies and broadband companies to out-source and even send overseas their customer support but is this also common in the cellular industry as well?
