From their obvious toning down of their rhetoric in those replies, they appear to understand that there was never a basis for a lawsuit and hoped that the nastygrams would scare the bloggers into shutting up.
For those two quite the opposite and now that people see that iDownload's sharks are toothless wusses hopefully more will stand by their assertions and not buckle like PC Pitstop did.

Apex, NC | Since the lawyers do not like the term spyware or malware, might I suggest that we start to use the word 'Crapware" to describe their product. Do the crap eating attornys have any basis of a lawsuit then ? |
