Smart move by Bell - VOIP Soon

This seems to be a smart move on Bell's part. First of all, they're finally recognizing that they've been losing VOIP customers to cable internet. Secondly, it think this move indicates the launch of Bell's VOIP service in the very near future. Frankly, I think this was only done by Bell in preparation fo their VOIP service; it wouldn't make much sense for them to market VOIP and require customers to have a POTS line at the same time.
