Why I have a cell and VOIP

My fiance lives in the UK. I get unlimited calls to the UK (I rack up 6000 minutes a month normally), for my $23(about) total fee for Lingo.

My cell has a decent rate, but $0.06/min is a heck of a lot more than my VOIP to britain!
