You're lucky. I had cancelled the CATV service when my CATV bill went up $17 over 18 months AND they removed programming I watched and put it on its own tier for which they wanted $5 on top of that. Then just 2 months after that I got a price increase letter saying that I have to pay an extra $14 a month because I wasn't a CATV subscriber making DBS not the great deal so I ended up getting blackmailed into going back to Comcrap. Most recently we lost our ATTBi news server access and now if you want to actually USE your usenet service you gotta get a 3rd party news server subscription. There's another $10-$25 a month depending on usage.
