I was actually using Time Warner VoIP. When I found out about ATT VoIP, I switched. I called Time Warner twice to see what they would do about their price... hahaha Nothing.
The thing that gets me is that they have done no research to match prices. Time Warner wants $39.99/month and $3.99/month for Voice mail. I told them about Vonage and ATT give Voice mail for free. They won't even offer a credit for Voice mail.
When were having trouble with our cable service, I gave them back their VoIP cable modem and bought my own Motorola cable modem. The installer told me that the way Time Warner has their pricing structure set up on VoIP, because they own all of the equipment to provide the service, they could sell it for $9.99/month and still make a profit. WTF??????
Good bye Time Warner, Get a CLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Your on crack and its AT&T Callvantage not AT&T Broadband VoIP. If you make a decent amount of long distance calls, the $40 is a good price. TW Voip is numerous times more reliable then using vonage, callvantage, or any of the others.
Some people want dialtone every time you pick up the phone. TW is a good alternative to the ilecs. |

| Dude chill out on the coffee!!!!
So what if I didn't get the name exactly right. I make plenty of long distances phone calls. For that matter, I am making them over the same internet connection that I was before with Time Warner VoIP. I get a dial tone every time I pick up the phone.
It was just another opinion to add to the conversation, which by the way is not just yours crackhead. |
