| I want to try it again but..
The cookie handling in the older versions I tried was irritating. In firefox, I set it to allow all cookies except third party. I go back and delete the ad ones later, I select each one while keeping ctrl down and delete them all with one button. all I have to do is check the box that says "don't allow deleted cookies to come in again" and I don't see them again.
With Opera, I have to right click the cookie, deselect two to three checkboxes, then delete it manually because I can't select several at once(and even if I could, I can't tell several at once not to come in again).
If I tell it not to allow third party, I can't login to dmusic.com. If I tell it to allow third party, I get tons of ad cookies. If I tell it to ask me about them, I get bombarded with every site I go to, at least 2x as much as firefox. Instead of there being a simple 'deny' or 'accept', they have an entire menu of options dedicated to dealing with one cookie.
Hopefully this is improved with this new beta, I will try it later. -- The Problem With Music. Our Rationale Time to rewrite the DMCA. |
