well i disabled dlink in my start up, their icon(little graph) no longer appears in my task bar. Card hasnt crashed yet, been on for 12 hours sttraight. but i wouldnt think this little monitoring progrm could cause the crashes, but im no expert.

Johnson City, TN		 That's odd, because when you disable that the ar5211.sys file is still the driver behind it.

Maybe some data the tray app. was requesting was causing the BSoD...
