You will need to go to your add/remove programs, and remove it. Then go to the website »www.sprintdslhelp.com and download a newer version.

Lehigh Acres, FL		 I recently noticed when I try to run Sprint FastConnect virtual assistant I get an error: " Error Sprint DSL virtual assistant program encountered technical problems while trying to diagnose your system.
