Ok fixed...new stats ---

Upstream Speed: 160 kbps
Downstream Speed: 576 kbps

UPSTREAM
relative capacity occupation: 25%
noise margin upstream: 31.0 db
output power downstream: 10.5 dbm
attenuation upstream: 19.5 db
DOWNSTREAM
relative capacity occupation: 9%
noise margin downstream: 30.5 db
output power upstream: 16.0 dbm
attenuation downstream: 23.0 db

Sprint had made the following error....

They had Fastpath turned on, but were setting my provisions on the Interleaving section still, instead of the Fastpath bitrate section. By default, if they don't set numbers in the Fastpath bitrate when they turn it on, it goes to 8MB/1MB.

Thanks to DSL tech for helping me understand this and explain it to my ISP so they could get it fixed with Sprint!
