I was wondering if it was possible to get my recorded movies off of the dvr box and onto my computer.
any help will be appreciated |

Yes the firewire is enabled on all of the 6208 motorola boxes with a firmware of 7.11 and higher.If you do a search for "6208 firewire drivers" I think it's at avsforums on how to do it.It comes down as a .ts (transport stream)and it's big about a 65mbit stream!!!You can also play back any saved shows already on the hard drive too!
