To Block Or Not To?

This is going to get interesting fast.
Will the ISP's block VoIP and face bad publicity and lawsuits or will they allow it while selling their own VoIP?

Legally they probably could force anyone wanting access to anything but ports for web/ftp traffic, to use a business package.
