| reply to blueOne I just installed it as well, on my 12" PB. Install went fine, though it took a really long time to boot even to the login screen upon restart. Took like 3-4 minutes literally. Not sure why, maybe completing some post update things. I shut down and restarted, and the startup time is normal again. -- }·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.·´ |

| said by joeybee :does it speed up safari any? For me, it slowed down Firefox and Safari. Every time a page is loaded, a beach ball appears, spins for a few seconds as the page loads, goes back to the arrow, spins for a split second again. THEN the page fully loads. Both browsers feel sluggish to me as compared to 10.3.7.

Didn't take long on the reboot either. I did run a repair permissions first thing after the reboot though.

I did have one weird problem with the power LED turning off when I brought the computer out of sleep. It only happened once and hasn't happened the 5 or 6 times since, so I don't count it. -- -Ryan Computational Engineering Student looking for BioMedical/Computational BioEng internship.
