..instead of expanding network coverage, a provider is trying to provide something that no one will probably want.
Like an ISP portal.
Does any one want to put a price tag on how much this most likely cost to institute and how much it will cost to maintain? |

Too much progress in too many areas, makes fore a slow, ugly and a not customer service freiendly rboc... do something right, focus on products (fiber) where customers are chomping at the bit and actually release service... |
