Im betting it's one of them in the verizon forum, hoping that if he cuts it they will just come and build up the fiber.

I wonder if its someone from the dslreports forum ? I don't think but no one can ever be sure. (I thought keeping a bike was hard enough trying to keep safe now it seems like simple things like internet, phone, etc lines are even harder to keep safe sometimes. I wish there was a way to keep everything safe.)
