All you need to do is set a static ip on your Packet 8. YOu can also set the DMZ host on your router as well. That will solve all your quality issues, unless you live in a unincorporated area like the desert.

Do you realize you just posted all of your (illegal) serial numbers/registration keys for products installed on your computer? You might want to edit your post and remove those...

As far as your call quality goes, your speed tests indicate a pretty slow line. Are you using a router? Is it capable of doing QoS? If so, enable it and set a high priority to your Packet8 port. It's a night and day difference for me, and many other VoIP users.
