If these spy ware/aware companies want to sue MSFT for marking their programs as "potential spy ware/aware", them there is a reason. Given the amount of Windows users we have, I can only imagine the thousands (if not millions) of complaints MS receives on a weekly/monthly basis about spy ware/aware.
