 DNS and Zonealarm Pro

I have my DNS ip's in the trusted zone, but I'm still getting the message 'General host process for win32 services was blocked from accepting a connection from the local zone' Without the ip's in the trusted zone it says 'internet zone' instead of 'local zone' in the message. I have green checks for the program under access in the trusted and internet. What am I missing?

Sounds as if ZA is interpreting the packets as an Inbound connection without a previous outbound connection or one that "timed out". This would occur if you don't check "allow" for the Server setting.

Are you having problems surfing, if not, I would leave Server permission Unchecked, though the risk of allowing svchost to act as server for your trusted IPs is not major.

If you are trying to deal with the situation I have experienced, you may need a green check for the Trusted Zone under the Server column.

Hey! I think green checking the Trusted Zone under the Server column did the trick...I've been experiencing alot of page not found's then having to refresh to get to the page. Thanks!
