| PayPal Class Action claim Remember the thread in this forum »Pay Pal $9.25 million Settlement several months ago?
I just got an email from the Claims and Settlement Administrator stating that my claim is defective! Has anyone else had this happen?
The email states that my online claim was received but that the claim form that I printed out from the website and signed and mailed was never received. I recall clearly that I mailed it.
Anyhow, I have been given a chance to "cure" my defective claim by re downloading the form after entering my claim and control numbers and mailing it again before a deadline of January 27.

| It appears they didn't receive a LARGE number of the claims by mail by the November 1 deadline. This is what I got when I went to the site to "cure" my claim:
"Our server is currently very busy. Please try again later."
I tried several times and same error. This is beginning to sound like a scam. I wonder if I will ever be able to get into the site soon enough. I would need to mail the letter 10 days in advance of the deadline. That gives me 11 days to get into the site and download the form.
